I’ve been on the hunt for the most realistic blueberry fragrance and this is it! It not only showcases blueberry that’s not overly gourmand and it’s beautifully balanced. It lasts and projects too!
Prison Preserve really surprised me. It’s warm, soft, and incredibly comforting, like blueberry pancakes in the morning. The berry note is sweet and cozy, while the pastry, maple sugar, and vanilla give it a creamy richness without making it overly sweet or heavy. Fruity gourmands can sometimes come across as synthetic or a little one-dimensional, but this one doesn’t at all. It’s not your typical gourmand — there’s something here that gives it more depth and makes it feel much more interesting. Smooth, well blended, and gently warm, it’s the kind of scent that feels easy to wear and easy to love.
Smells like blueberry jam, croissants and peaches to me, even though there is no peach. Jammy and a little medicinal at first. Reminds me of eating at my grandmother's house in elementary school while soft music played in the background and sunlight streamed through the lace curtains.
Blueberry is one of my favorite notes in fragrances. This one did not disappoint!
